This architectural gem was inspired from a Tuscan Hillside Villa. The property’s natural setting in the hills of Southern California resembles that of Tuscany with its rolling terrain, oak trees, sage and rugged valleys.

The single story floor plan and design resulted from the client’s desire to have this home personify his love for art and his leisure lifestyle. The playful contrasts and tiled gable roof elements were all inspired by the romance of the Tuscan farmhouse.
