Animal Hopsital Construction – Butterfield Animal Hospital #2

In 2007 we were very fortunate to be selected by Dr. Kalthoff to build his new Animal Hospital in Temecula, Ca.  This Veterinary Hospital Tenant Improvement was approximately 2600 SF.  With his great success over the past years, he now has the need to move his Animal Hospital into a larger building.  I am so thankful to Dr. Kalthoff for.

South Bay Animal Hospital progress

Another Animal Hospital Construction Project making  great progress.  This Animal Hospital has been under construction for a couple months and is starting to take shape.  We are beginning the tenant improvements and will be ready for exterior finishes soon.  South Bay Animal Hospital in San Jose, Ca. will be complete in Spring of 2015.

Roseen Builders

We are building a 9,000 square foot Veterinary Hospital in San Jose, Ca. From an asphalt parking lot to a new State of the Art Veterinary Hospital in approx 9 months. Dr. Ravi Atwal has entrusted us to build his new hospital because of our experience building Veterinary Hospitals. Dr. Atwal is on site daily to walk with our project.
