7,896 sq ft. new project in Laguna Beach, Senior & Special Canine Adoption Facility. This is a ground-up, multi-story project, a dream of one of our clients. Grading work is almost completed and next will be to start the foundation.

Emergency Pet Intensive Care Clinic

Temecula, one story TI combining 5 suites (9,700+ sqft.) along with exterior upgrades is continuing to make great strides. Projected completion at the end of 2023.

Root Vision Dental

Orange, Dental Office Tenant Improvement and Renovation. 2,871 sqft. scheduled to be completed this year.

Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego

we are underway with the 2nd phase of this ground up project. An adjacent Imaging Center 1970 sqft, next to the newly completed 4,867sqft of phase 1. This project also includes an exterior façade upgrade and new parking lot.

Parkview Pet Hospital

Long Beach, 1 story, interior improvement, 2,847 sqft. This project is nearly complete, the practice remained open for business during construction.
