Team

Roseen Builders is the product of Gregg Roseen’s passion for construction and dedication to customer satisfaction. Gregg’s extensive background has laid the foundation for his company’s success. His best quality is his commitment and care (down to the last detail), it is not just his clients that sing his praises, the team that he has built holds him in the highest of regards!

All accounting matters are handled by Katie Hillis, she joined Roseen Builders in 2014. Her extensive devotion to accuracy has helped build the company to what it is today. She handles obstacles with ease and patience like no other.

Dan Hughes/Lead Estimator, Project Manager joined the team in 2021. His construction knowledge has brought new levels of collaboration between the field superintendents and subcontractors.

Our Superintendents are the key to our success. They support each other on all projects and build strong relationships with our clients. The pride they have for their projects and Roseen Builders is clearly shown on project sites every day. Their concern for safety keeps our job sites in compliance and supports the subcontractors and their employees with safety regulations. We are proud that Jeff Moore (20+years), Justin Maxwell (7+), Chad Blackwell (6+), Sal Tecontero (3+), Chris Romero (6+) along with their teams have continued to go beyond our clients’ expectations.
