In 2007 we were very fortunate to be selected by Dr. Kalthoff to build his new Animal Hospital in Temecula, Ca. This Veterinary Hospital Tenant Improvement was approximately 2600 SF. With his great success over the past years, he now has the need to move his Animal Hospital into a larger building. I am so thankful to Dr. Kalthoff for trusting Roseen Builders, Inc once again to build his new Animal Hospital. We are under construction now and will have him open in the next month. His new Animal Hospital is over 6,000 square feet and will be absolutely beautiful. Thank you Dr. Kalthoff!
