Who We Are

Roseen Builders Inc. is a full-service General Contractor. In our 20+ years of experience we have built a full spectrum of commercial buildings. Our current path has pointed us towards Veterinarian care, Medical/Dental offices, and quick turnarounds on Tenant Improvement work (occupied or not). We have made it a priority to create long-lasting relationships with our clients, architects, and subcontractors; these efforts exude a consistent, high standard product again and again. We enjoy creating a positive atmosphere on our projects, and truly want our clients to remember the construction process as an exciting and productive time. Roseen Builders has been very blessed by the loyalty and friendship of past customers.

Roseen Builders is a full service General Contractor that has been very fortunate to build some amazing buildings over the past years. We have made it a priority to create long lasting relationships with our clients, architects and subcontractors, and have benefited from our efforts. We consider ourselves a relationship driven company, and will continue to work on each project like it is our only project. We are different, because we feel that the team aspect on each project is very important. From a small tenant improvement to a large ground up project, we know that when we work as a team, our success rate increases.
